Please read this brochure to learn more about our privacy policies, and how we use and protect the confidential information you have entrusted to us. You will learn that we do not allow access to information by third parties except when they are acting jointly with us, on our behalf, or as permitted or required by law. 

Rest assured that you do not have to instruct us to keep your information confidential. We will protect your privacy automatically, every day, without requiring any action on your part. We want you to know that you can trust us - not only with your confidential information, but also to provide you with the services you need today and in the years to come.

We use client information in the ordinary course of serving your relationship or managing our business.

For example, we use your information to:

•  Identify you and protect you from fraud, so that others cannot use your account without authorization.
• Process your requests, such as purchases and repairs.
• Inform you of additional products available to meet your individual needs.

We collect information in the course of providing financial services to you.

• Our strict policies for protecting nonpublic personal information apply to current clients as well as inactive or former clients. AClient@ refers to individuals who apply for, or use the products and services provided through the affiliates listed in this notification, or have done so in the past, for personal, family, or household purposes.
• If medical information is collected in the course of providing insurance services to you, please be assured that this information will not be used for any purpose other than which you originally requested.

Privacy Notice

In connection with your transaction, Clemons Inc. may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which we handle as stated in this notice.

1. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on application or other forms;
•  Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others; and,
•  Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

2. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, to our affiliates and non-affiliated third parties.

3. We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you, while you as a consumer, customer, or former customer, to the following types of third parties:

•  Financial service providers, such as banks, credit unions and FOrd Credit
•  Non-financial companies, such as Extended service warranty companies, Environmental protection plan companies, General Motors, and Insurance companies.
•  Other, such as Onstar G.P.S., and governmental agencies such as DOT treasurers= office.

4. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonafffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

5. If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law).

6. We may also disclose, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, any information we collect about you to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. This disclosure is permitted by law; there is no opt-out opportunity available.

7. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
